Temple Baptist is a congregationally-led church. Members vote on important decisions at our congregational meetings during the year. They elect the Church Board and the Ministry Leadership Team.
The Church Board is responsible for the spiritual well-being and direction of the church.
The Ministry Leadership Team implements the vision of the church through its various ministries.
