There are a variety of ministries at Temple Baptist Church that cater to several different age groups in a way that will suit them. We believe that each ministry should be aimed at certain stages of life and the needs of the individuals therein. Therefore, we do this by offering a variety of classes.

Nursery

We offer a teaching ministry for all infants and toddlers up to two years of age during the Sunday morning worship service and the CE hour.

Age 2-3 Ministry

Our special program for children ages 2-3 offers a blend of curriculum and fun.  We dismiss these little ones during the service and continue to provide care afterwards should you be involved in one of our adult classes or serving in our DiscipleLand childre’s classes.  Parents are encouraged to serve and are an essential part of making this time possible and effective.

Discipleland for ages 2 – through grade 6.

Discipleland (DPL) is the church’s fall and winter grade school ministry dedicated to helping kids reach the spiritual heights that God intends. In DPL children will be led to KNOW God intimately, LOVE Him passionately, and SERVE Him selflessly. Discipleland is a 2 hour Ministry that equips kids to reach their full potential as Jesus’ disciples. Come join us every Sunday 10:00am – 12:10 noon (Sept- May).

AWANA

Sign your children up for our exciting Thursday evening club – AWANA – 6:30 – 8:00PM.  For children ages 4 to grade 6, this club offers games, stories, music, and a chance to learn God’s Word in a fun and rewarding way.  There are special events through the year, like our AWANA Grand Prix.  For more information please call the church office or contact Pastor Brian Munro.
